10 ounces of red meat
8 ounces of potatoes
1 cup green vegetables
Meal 4:

¼ cup cashews
Meal 5:
8 ounces of chicken
1 cup of rice
1 cup of broccoli
Meal 6:
10 egg whites
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp jelly
